SHIPPING POLICY

Standard shipping for products is 7-14 days. International products may take up to 21 days.  

Order processing is generally 24-48 hours.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom Items

  • Printed, Numbered, Braided, Embroidered, Engraved, or Altered Items

  • Washed or Worn Items

  • Stained or Soiled Items (including deodorant)

  • Close-out items

  • Altered Items

  • Electronic media such as DVDs and Videos

  • Swimwear, bodywear, bodysuits, undergarments, panties, and bras, due to health codes

  • Less than complete Kits or Kits with missing items

  • Items purchased in pre-packaged quantities (ie, 6 pack, dozens, 50 pack, etc) must be returned in the same pre-packaged quantity. Quantities less than the pre-packaged quantities cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Items that have had their original tags removed

  • Items not in their original factory packaging

  • Items delivered by a freight company

  • Items over 30 days old, from date of delivery (unless defective)

  • Items returned WITHOUT a return authorization

No refund, exchange, credit or replacement will be made on orders 30 days after customers receipt of order (excluding defective items).

It may take up to 15 days for us to process your refund after receiving your return.

Refund checks or any other checks issued by American Fitness Center which are not cashed within 90 days of issue are null and void and will not be re-issued.

Mis-shipped items and clothing defects must be reported to us within 5 days from receipt.

Please take time to immediately and carefully inspect all shipments to ensure that sizes, colors, and styles you received are correct, and that there are no obvious manufacturer's defects.

Items (which are not defective or mis-shipped) can only be returned for refund within 30 days from receipt of order and will be charged a 20-50% restocking fee, less shipping charges. Items not in their original "factory" packaging may be non-returnable or will incur an additional re-packaging fee.

Returning via USPS, UPS, or Fedex: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. AFC will not offer prepaid shipping for returns.
